Denis, previously a Partner, will continue to lead the firm’s Property practice in his capacity as Director covering the areas of Real Estate and Developments, Leasing and Private Clients.
On his appointment to Director, Denis said he is delighted and honoured to join the Board and that he “is looking forward to playing a greater part in the growth and achievements of Madison Marcus in the years to come”.
Denis commented on how technology and innovation is changing the way property law services are undertaken and delivered to clients. Denis said he is “excited about the future of law in general, and property law in particular, and is looking forward to leading the Madison Marcus property practice through this transition”.

In 2017, Denis was named a leading property law expert in Australia by Global Law Experts, Madison Marcus were also named the leading property law firm in 2017 by the same organisation.
