Robert has negotiated and documented AUD 500 million denominated preference share transactions issued by major corporate clients of a parent bank to Australian institutional investors. He has also negotiated and documented commercial and residential transactions ranging in value of up to AUD 30 million per transaction.
He has conducted work for major international property developers such as Frasers Property Group, boutique private internationally based property investor groups and internationally owed domestic banks including Arab Bank Australia Limited and Laiki Bank.
