Mark is a Partner and the head of the Construction & Infrastructure division at Madison Marcus Law Firm.
Mark brings years of experience in construction law to the firm. Mark specialises in advising on all legal issues that arise in the construction space, some of those include: procurement of contractors; construction agreements; licensing rights associated with construction work; regulatory enforcement in the construction industry; and alternative dispute resolution (mediation).
Mark has experience in the NCAT, Local, District, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Mark has acted in numerous Court matters arising from disputes under construction agreements involving time, cost and arguments involving allocation of risk (as between the builder and principal). Many of those matters are reported and are frequently cited as authorities.
Mark has a Bachelors in Law and Commerce from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney. Mark has worked at Madison Marcus since 2009.
